Anahat Singh – a young athlete’s perspective on turning failure into strength

Written by Tayyari Jeet Ki

“When it comes to Squash, it has been my privilege to represent India and play along such great champions. Being the youngest player, has taught me that I have a long way to go and so much more to learn.

I like to win and it really bothers me when I don’t. But I know I have many more matches to play and I will keep going. As a youngster, we should realize that winning and losing is part of the process, and it’s important to understand how to deal with it and come back stronger. It is not the end of the road, but the beginning of a journey towards success.

Anahat Singh is the youngest squash player who at the age of 14, has represented India at the several squash tournaments. We salute Anahat and the spirit of all Indian athletes who gave their best. Thank you for inspiring us to take both failure and victory in equal strides. We know this only makes you stronger.
